Is Rider's Route free?+
Rider's Route is launching soon and will be free to download on the App Store and Google Play.
Which devices are supported?+
Rider's Route is built for iOS and Android. Both apps are coming soon — follow us to be the first to know.
How do I record a ride?+
Start a ride in the app and it records your route, distance, speed and elevation using your phone's GPS. Your rides are saved to your profile.
How do routes work?+
Browse routes created and rated by the community. Filter by location, category, difficulty and style, save your favourites, and ride them with the app.
How do I delete my account and data?+
Use the Account & Data Deletion form below to request deletion of your account and associated data.

Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Rider's Route account and its associated data (your profile, rides, routes and uploaded photos) at any time. Submit the form below and we'll process your request within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required by law.
